1. How did you become interested in your job?
There were a lot of CDL jobs available.
2. What do you do on a typical day?
I deliver bulk amounts of heating fuel to residences and businesses.
3. What Training or education have you had for your job?
I got a Class B CDL license.
4. What is your favorite part of your job?
I like that I’m working independently.
5. What is the starting pay for someone in your position?
$15 an hour. That goes up with experience.
6. What advice would you give a teen thinking about a similar career?
Have good work ethics and be self-motivated. My employer trusts me to get the job done and do it right.
